Raised in Azumino Ikeda farms using feed enriched with Masumi sake lees, Shinshu Ginjo Pork offers exceptionally tender meat with clean-tasting fat. This premium pork is cultivated in a stress-free environment, resulting in superior texture and refined flavor.

We purchase Shinshu beef by the half-carcass, allowing us to offer a variety of dishes—such as sukiyaki, steak, and shabu-shabu—that fully showcase the meat’s natural flavor and richness.
Course menus are also available.

Our signature recommendation is the OZAWA MEAT special roast beef rice set.

We lavishly use carefully selected domestic Japanese wagyu beef and Shinshu Ginjo pork, raised on sake lees from the renowned Japanese sake Masumi.
Enjoy exceptional meat dishes in a relaxed, casual setting while taking in the breathtaking views of the Northern Alps.
